What is a WiFi extender?

When does a repeater make sense?

Small flat: usually one good router is enough.

Large flat: worth considering mesh or an additional access point.

The biggest mistake is choosing hardware without checking why WiFi is weak. First check:

  • where the router is
  • where the dead zones are
